Stacey O’Neal is a retired U.S. Navy Commander with over twenty-eight years of military service. A native of Greenville, Mississippi, she enlisted in the Navy as a Machinist Mate in 1994, serving onboard the USS PLATTE (AO-186) until December 1998. In January 1999, she was assigned to the Cryogenics (O2N2) shop aboard the USS JOHN F. KENNEDY (CV-67) in Mayport, Florida, where she was commissioned through the Enlisted Commissioning Program (ECP).

Stacey holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of North Florida (UNF) and a Master of Science in Management from Salve Regina University. She completed Joint Military Professional Education (JPME Phase I) via distance learning at the Naval War College. After her tour at SWOS, she attended the Naval War College, completing a Master of Strategy and earning JPME Phase II.

With an extensive and decorated background, having risen to the rank of Commander, Stacey is no stranger to hard work, discipline, leadership, and success.

In 2023, Stacey founded O’Neal Coaching, an elite public speaking and leadership consulting business designed to empower corporate and higher education management to develop healthy practices grounded in discipline, accountability, and mindfulness. Highly sought after for her poignant speeches and powerful delivery, Stacey laces her presentations with anecdotes that touch the heart, open the mind, and ignite the spirit. She tours globally, applying her education, knowledge, and passion to engage audiences interested in achieving long-term organizational success.
